When I place a replacement order, I will triple check that I have the right bank name. All my fault."

"This is my second order with check o matic, same company, same address everything. Ordered checks, got emails regarding progress, everything is ok, till I tracked them and found out they were delivered, but I did not get them.......

I checked my order online, all info is correct, company name, contact, contact info, ,mailing address....... I go back out and look under the bushes...... Nothing. I call Check O Matic...... Someone there decided that there was another company in a town 30 miles away that sounded like mine and decided to take it upon themselves to CHANGE MY INFORMATION, and send the checks to that address....... So someone sitting 30 miles away has my checks....... Thanks Check O Matic!! for keeping my info secure, its appreciated! Now I have to close my Payroll account and open a new one.
