"Endorsement stamp was missing the 5th line account number that was entered. Now I will someday receive a new rubber sticky stamp thing to replace the bad one on the stamp unit... Unless this is a common error why not just send a whole new stamper ?
Logo was uploaded to be included on check order, but some check box became unchecked somehow, so no logo on checks; no offer to reprint/fix...

"The checks were great, but the envelopes we thought we were purchasing to match the checks - were for standard size checks - not wallet size.

The offer of envelopes was at the bottom of the wallet check order and did not specify envelope size, so one would assume they were to match the size of the checks.

We kept them to use with other check, because it seemed easier than returning them."

"The charge for expedited completion did not go as stated on the website. We received our complete order of checks and deposit slips in two days the stamp we ordered followed several days later. The website indicated that a smaller batch of checks would be produced and sent overnight, this process did not happen. Other than this small hiccup, the process went great and the product quality is exceptional."
