The Worst

"Do NOT do business with this company! My experience was much the same as the other reviews here. I ordered and paid for my daughter's uniform September 2018. In October 2018 little over a month it still hadn't arrived and no one ever contacted me. I had to call them November 2018, turned out although they had accepted my payment over a month ago they did not have my order. They explained "new system" not working with current system. They said they were aware of this issue (some orders not getting transferred between systems) and they had hired a full time employee to do nothing else but check that orders were in the system and being processed. (Fail) They said I could cancel or wait another 2 weeks. This was a team uniform, we voted to wait as the season was already underway and we needed uniforms ASAP. We'd be in the same boat if we started with another company anyways and the business assured us it was all under control now. At that time I was notified that some items that I ordered in stock were now out of stock so I had to accept a bigger size. Also, some items were on back order but it should only be a few more weeks for them to come in. On top of that they began processing the team uniforms without the customization (embroidery) so now some uniforms would be different. The coach told them to complete the remaining orders without the customization so that we could quickly get matching uniforms. The business refunded for the missing embroidery. I finally received part of the order/uniform after Christmas! Cheer season half over and still not even a full uniform. Then they sent out the bag that was ordered right after that however it had another girl's name on it. They wanted me to ship it back to either correct it or refund it but in the meantime the girl that it actually belonged to would be without. I didn't want to chance sending it back and not having one till the season was over so I gave it to the girl it belonged to on the team and forfeit my refund. Luckily, soon after my daughter's bag did show up so at least that worked out. I spoke with the business a few more times about the remaining missing uniform items and again and again they told me they would be in soon and they would get them to me. As a result I had to go out and buy additional uniform pieces from another vendor so that my daughter could wear the uniform parts that she had (one of the pieces we were missing the liner and she could not wear the vest/shell style that was selected without it). This was in January and February. Finally, in April I contacted the company again about the still missing items. Since cheer season was over I requested to cancel the remaining order and just be refunded. When I asked the representative what happened he said he really didn't know. September 2019 I still hadn't received a refund so I filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The business finally agreed to refund me for the last 2 items that were never delivered and gave me 1/2 off the bag and some other items that were delivered at Christmas. I had requested a full refund since I never received a full uniform that my daughter could use, the items that did come arrived months late, I had to go out and buy additional uniform pieces for my daughter to be able to participate with the team even though she was not matching, and because when I finally cancelled my order and just requested a refund for that they never did that. They said partial refund was the best they could do. I dealt with Dawn, Deb and Kathy. Never once did they apologize but they did place blame everywhere else. Kathy was especially very condescending. It was a fight the whole time and they never once contacted me ever about any of these issues. They just processed my payment and then sat on the order. Terrible, terrible business... Zero customer service and absolutely no desire at all to make things right. "

Agree With All Comment Below!

"Our orders were never processed, even though they were paid for. We would have never known if a parent did not contact the company. The customer service is beyond terrible. We have called 7 times and have still only received half of our uniforms. They are not apologetic, but instead speak to you condescendingly. When I asked for a manager or owner’s contact information, I was told that his name was Jim. When I asked for a last name or email, I was told she did not have one for him. Do not use this company!! I cannot express enough how truly terrible my experience has been."

The worst ever

"The worst business ever. Can't believe anyone would buy anything from them. I wish I could them negative stars and put them out of business. Ordered products and have yet to receive them and then were told I got them because they said so. What? I'm pretty sure my daughter isn't wearing her cheer things. Guess they can see her in them because I can't."

HORRIBLE

"If I could give zero stars I would. Save your time and the headache and go to a reputable company.
They are the most unorganized, unhelpful, unapologetic company I've ever dealt with in my life. I non customized/ready to ship uniforms for my team, and was given a promise date in my email for them to be DELIVERED to my home.
The promise day came&went and no uniforms....so I called the day AFTER my promised date to get tracking info....and they were still setting in the warehouse!! No one even bothered to complete my PAID order for almost a week and a half. I was given no reason why, no apology, and the lady Dawn blamed it on someone else in the office not doing their job.
I asked for a supervisor to call me back....she did....and instead of accepting fault and rush shipping these to me, I had to pay MORE money to have them 2nd day air shipped to get them in time for our game, with no guarantees. I literally got these uniforms the day before game, with no lettering/no customization. They should not have taken that long to ship out PAID merchandise.


.If you let them, they will sit on your money and not ship your product! Read other reviews if you don't believe me. It has happened more than once!

They say it's the computer systems fault, it's the warehouse workers fault, its their coworkers fault, it's always someone else's fault but their own.

I also sent back some items for a return....It took over 3 weeks to get my money back and over that time it took me placing 5 different phone calls to get someone to actually do something about it... Each phone call I was told a different thing!!

1) refunds department hasnt gotten to it yet

2) your refund is next in line to be processed
Days later
3) I don't see anything in the system about a refund, I'll update your notes and send it over to refunds department....call back in a few days
Days later
4)were Iooking for your package (when it was clearly delivered with proof: tracking info) will be done next business day...call back

5) someone already processed your refund, it may take a day or two for it to show up in your bank..I argued that I wanted email confirmation......then during the same phone call, I was told "well, can't find the refund so I'll go ahead and process it over the phone" ... So first it was done already, then it wasnt....
So which is it???

After that phone call, it took 3 days for my refund to show up in my bank account.

All of this back and fourth when in reality they couldn't find my uniforms because they are so unorganized it's sickening. They loose orders in between their new and old computer systems, they have no idea what they are doing most of the time, they don't document phone calls so you have to explain yourself 500 times to a brand new person with a stink attitude. Their communication is lacking and They dont care if you get your product, just as long as they get their money.

And throughout this whole ordeal...the thing that aggervated me the most is that NOT ONCE was I apologized to.

Learn some customer service skills and treat the people who pay your bills like PEOPLE!

Never again. Never again. Neither should you.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

"Awful experience! You will regret it! Very minimal communication. Products take FOREVER to get to you, if you do get them. It will not save you any money to order though this company. You will have missing items, back ordered items that you wont know about till after your uniforms come so you can't go through another company. I order over two months ago and are still missing 'in stock' uniforms with no customization-at all- on them! We needed to exchange some items and it has been over a month sense they received my package and I still don't have my exchanged items. Do not order! "
