"I purchased a fujiwara 210mm gyuto and a naniwa superstone 2000 grit and two wooden sayas for my gyutos.
I have nothing but good things to say about my purchases. The knife is a great all around kitchen knife and holds an edge for weeks under heavy use and abuse. I have sharpened it once since and found it to be easy to sharpen.
The naniwa has been a tremnous help in refining my cutting edges and polishing scuffs and scratches on another knife of mine that has been beat up in a fast paced bar kitchen. I am very pleased with the stones durability in contrast to my 4000 grit norton stone that sheds layers like the knife is sandpaper.
My purchases were shipped the same day and arrived quickly. I can't remember exactly how long but under 5 days.
