Each time, shipping of my order involved a tracking number, so I could keep track of where my order shipment was, prior to delivery.

This is a specialty shop, dealing with very high quality performance cutlery and accessories, which are normally almost impossible to find. I find myself usually looking here first for specialty knives, sharpening stones and other cutlery items, since general mass market local retailers almost never carry the items carried by Mark Richmond. This is not to say that I shop exclusively with Chef Knives To Go, but I have generally given them a preference after comparing prices, selection and my past experiences with them on order service.

I have not yet needed to phone them or do any direct inquiries to them, since I am a "click it and buy it" type of shopper, so I cannot give any feedback on personal service, such as phone or email responsiveness.
