The next day I received an email stating that one of more of my items was out of stock. I called customer service and it turned out to be all of them. Apparently the website should of said that they weren't available so she sent an email to someone to make sure it was updated. When I asked when they may arrive again, they couldn't give me an idea so I cancelled my order completely. The customer service representative was extremely courteous and professional, but I am less than happy with the company and will not be purchasing from here in the future."

"Unsatisfactory. I was told that my order would be shipped via FedEx. I provided my street address for delivery. However, the order was shipped via FedEx Smart Post, so an attempt was made to deliver it to the post office. As my P.O. box number was not on the order, the order was returned to Chef Tools. This is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!! I should have been told that FedEx would deliver the order to the post office so that I could provide my box number. I am very disappointed with Chef Tools shipping."
