"I was happy with the product I ordered. But I was very unhappy with the way my order was handled. When I placed my order I should have been notified that it was on back order before I was able to complete my transaction. Then for a few weeks after my order was placed, i was told several times it was on back order. I shouldn't have waited so long to receive my order. To be told it will be in your warehouse at a specific time & then when that time comes around, it's still not there. To me, someone isn't doing their job."

"The following was sent to Cheftools customer service after receiving my order. Their response was to refund the cost of the 5 missing cupcake liners instead of the shipping cost. I will no longer use this service as a result: I purchased item 02-2706 description 8815/80 - 80pk Elegant Cupcake liners. The only problem is there are only 75 liners in the package as stated on the package insert. This may seem like a small oversight to you but I don't like being mislead and having to pay for it. I also purchased this item on line rather than in the store, paying the shipping costs, because yours had a larger quantity as per your website. "I ordered a swing a way canopner,was on back order for 2 weeks. Received soon after. The listing at Chef Tools state the can opener is made in the U.S.A. and was the reason I ordered it. It is made in China! I could have bought one in a local store much cheaper and no shipping that was made in China. I emailed Chef Tools and never received a reply. "Unhappy to report that I was quite disappointed with Chef Tools.

My order was canceled due to the item being back ordered. That in and of itself is part of online ordering and I find no fault in that. What I did find fault in was that they made no effort to make me aware that my order was canceled. I only found out when, five days after ordering the product with no tracking number received, I logged onto their site and looked up my order. After clicking the snarky "Where's my stuff" tab I learned that my order was canceled.

Thanks Chef Tools. I guess you don't need my business now or in the future. Good for you."
