"I understand Chegg's policy of not guaranteeing supplemental materials with textbooks. Thankfully I didn't need access codes for my class. When Chegg advertised the book as "TEXTBOOK A WITH CONNECT PLUS ACCESS CARD," in bold black letters, and when that version of the book is priced higher than other versions that did not say "WITH CONNECT PLUS ACCESS CARD," I naturally expected to get an ACCESS CARD. This is just an example of the large print giveth and the small print taketh away. Fine, mistakes happen. When I contacted Chegg customer service to refund me the difference between a book with an access card and one that does not come with a card, they gave me THE RUN AROUND. I told them: I'm not shopping here next semester and that's just what I did. Chegg does not care. Buyer beware. It's easier to just shop elsewhere. "

"Chegg is a wonderful company with a great group of employees. I am a non-traditional student in that I was 45 years old when I decided to return to school to obtain my master's degree. I had not attended college classes in the last twenty years. Also, I was not up-to-date on many of the technological advances involved with college such as ordering your books online or ISBN numbers.
