"I am very disappointed in Chegg. Apparently when I ordered my text books in the fine print they signed me up for some membership that I still do not know what it was about for $19.95 a month. I used my credit card for ordering my books so I never really looked over all my charges I just paid my monthly minimum every month; therefore I was unaware of this charge that I was being charged every month until I paid off my credit card and saw that I did not have a zero balance. I never received anything in the mail, no emails, or anything for that matter about this membership that was suppose to help me study. How a company can charge me a monthly fee with nothing in return I am very disappointed in their tactics. When I called to find out what this charge was and told Chegg I was not even aware or have not received anything about this membership they apologized and said well it was in the fine print and he could only refund me the last charge, although apparently these charges have been going to my credit every month for a year. Be careful of this company as they sneak in charges that only benefits them as I never received anything in regards to this membership to help me study."

"The way you advertise books on this site is very miss leading. In ths header of the add it should read as the product comes. The description should be exactly what it your buying. There is no reason to put a small comment field with exclusions....Also I don't appreciate having to download a social media app just to get in contact with customer service. "

"I was relatively happy with my book I got from chegg and the speed at which it arrived. However I did not wind up using my chegg book, and in fact only opened it to confirm that it was the right book before sending it back. I had a lot going on and didn't get around to sending it back promptly but had hoped that since nothing was done to the book at all, that maybe I could receive a refund. I just emailed my professor told her if my book is not here by Wednesday I will cancel my class.
I will not graduate this year thanks to Chegg.

On top of that if I ever get my book my first exam is 9/14 closed book. I will fail miserably thanks to Chegg. I was hoping to use today to study once I got my book. I spent the entire day on the phone with Chegg, and UPS. Got no where.
Never again I mean never again will I use Chegg.
I turned them into Better Business bureau as well.
They just tell me to keep on spending my Mom's money. Until my book arrives. They don't offer free ebook until the book comes.
Everyone is so sorry that I have to cancel my class.
I'm done and done with Chegg. Will tell everyone not to use them.
Up until now I was satisfied with them.
It is Holiday weekend to make it worse. I will have to post pone vacation to see if my book comes. Cancel class if it doesn't, not graduate if book doesn't come by Tuesday.

Order at your own risk but I think something changed with Chegg no longer the same company I started use.
I just want someone to own up to the fact that I won't get my book. Everyone just says I'm so so sorry. I'm done with all the sorry's I just want my book.
