"Placed an order on eBay for 4 items. Only 3 items showed up. Package was properly sealed. Contacted seller and they said to file a claim. (not easy when tracking shows package delivered.) When I filed a claim, the seller immediately updated the case with a bogus tracking number. I contacted eBay about this fraudulent scam. This could go on for a long time if seller continues to update with bogus tracking. Not fair, and I see I am not the only one this has happened to. It is a shame, as I used to be a repeat customer with this company. BUYER BEWARE. This company has gone downhill and resorts to scams. I have reported them."
"Twice I did not get my full order. The first time I finally got a refund. Now they appear to have relisted the jeans I bought at a higher price. They acknowledge that they didn't send them. They told me to open an item not received case in EBAY - but I can't do that because they shipped one of the two pairs and the computer thinks that they were delivered. The phone number they provide doesn't take calls. It looks like they have terrible people filling orders who can't read or don't care. Or worst case scenario they are selling items they don't have --- or scamming people for under $20. and figuring people will just give up and loose the money because it isn't worth the hassle.
I just want the jeans that I paid for. They don't seem to care. BEWARE. "
"I finally here from Chel’s Clothes Closet and since I was having trouble getting the link to work for my free return label that I can pay for the return myself but they didn’t offer reimbursement for me paying for shipping which I thought was uncaring. Why send me a free return label that I can’t download because the company sent a bad link now you tell me to pay for my own return shipping because it’s too much for someone in your company to resend a working link to download the fee return label? This is the worst company and don’t deserve to be in business not with poor customer service skills. Vendors should really mind who they conduct business with because all business isn’t always good for business. You’re ruining your representation for good customer service, you should really dump them they ****"
"This company is terrible and flirts with fraud. If you order directly from the company be prepared to wait and wait and wait some more. When your items are shipped, check that tracking # because if they ship with anyone but DHL or the postal service it's a good bet your order will NEVER arrive. And they will claim your local post office confirms delivery!!! NOT!! They do this frequently and then claim it's the post office. 1. They NEVER provide a valid postal service tracking #. 2. They send snarky emails when you inquire about your items. 3. THIS COMPANY NEVER TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING!!!!! It's the post offices fault or QVC, HSN or my personal favorite, THE STUPID CUSTOMER. I've spent a few hundred dollars with them and still they chose to RIP me off. It's not possible to care any less about their customers. BEWARE, if you do choose to buy, use PayPal, they will refund you when they pull this nonsense. They have a 1.5 star rating for a reason. And if they respond to this review, no doubt they will try to make me the dumb customer but HAHAHA, you are not entitled to take my money and provide nothing for it. Again, Don't waste your time here."
"The clothing is beyond gross, even workers are sanitizing because they feel nasty handling the merchandise, then one can only imagine how bad it really is. Clothing comes in covered I rat hair and stain, the employees are told they most clean it with tide markers and get the hair off with a lint roller.... Sooo nasty "
"First time shopper at this store found via Walmart for items I had searched. The prices were phenomenal as well as the shipping. Items ordered on (12/17) arrived via FedEx on a Sunday (12/20) 10 days before anticipated. They were exactly as described and picture online. I have only positive comments about this seller. I will buy again.

"I love Denim and Co clothes. Chelsea sells them new, usually at about half price. Shipping is usually free and fast. Chelsea is my favorite seller.8744"
"DO NOT do business with this Walmart market place seller. An item was purchased online 8/28/2020 with a delivery date between 9/4-9/11/2020. Numerous emails with shifting delivery date but no delivery. The outside date came and went with no delivery. Seller’s reply just give it another few days. Request for refund was declined because item is in transit as of 9/20/2020. Needed than not in the future - refund only solution."
"I too was scammed by this company. After buying dozens of items without any returns or issues I received my latest package with only 2 of the 3 items inside. 3 packing slips but only 2 items. In fact, the package was so full and tight it was about to split open and another item would not have fit. It was an 11.5”x12” plastic pouch with 2 pairs of jeans and a missing sweater. I notified them, they turned it over to Ebay who closed the case within minutes because the package tracked to my address. Well of course it did. I told them that. Still doesn’t explain why there is a missing item and no one cares at all. The case was closed. No one ever contacted me however I sent pictures I had taken of the package and the insides of that package. I understand there could be a chance someone would lie and take advantage of a company but I did not. I would never lie, especially about a $25 item. It’s not about the money for me it’s the principle of not trying to reach a compromise or reaching out to figure out what might have happened. Did anyone weigh the package before it shipped? Of course they did. Can’t they use common sense to see it physically would not fit into the already full package? Perhaps they should install a camera to prove they actually included it or even better only send one item per package. Just very disappointed in this company and being called a liar over $25. Apparently they didn’t want me to buy the hundreds of dollars of items I had in my cart. Not sure but I wouldn’t take a chance with them again and wanted to warn of this clever scam on their part."
"Bought 26 items from this seller on ebay. One item was missing from package. Contacted seller & was told "Call Ebay" & wouldn't even address the issue. Didn't offer to check inventory to see they made a mistake....no apology....nothing! They have a history of having their negative ratings on Ebay removed by Ebay reps & have had other customers that have experienced missing items from their order. They have a large banner on their Ebay store stating 30 day returns but almost every individual listing states they don't accept returns. I don't trust them & will never shop with them again. They have absolutely no customer service skills at all & don't care about their customers"
"I have bought a LOT of Slinky brand from Chel’s Closet eBay Store - over 30 transactions this year. I had exactly 2 items out of all that I bought that didn’t work out for me. They refunded me immediately upon receipt of package. They have responded really quickly to questions about merchandise and I really like how size charts are posted with each item. I love shopping with them. They carry stylish AND age appropriate clothing for women of a certain age. Highly recommend- I have never shopped from them anywhere else but eBay - but I can say that third party shopping through Walmart for other items has been less than stellar because there seem to be too many different communications between vendor and distributor.
I will definitely continue shopping from Chel’s ithrough their eBay store! "
"I ordered some shorts for my daughter through the Walmart web site. Turns out they came from Chel's. They did not fit right, so we needed to return them. What a nightmare! Their "customer service" is non-existant. It is extremely difficult to get ahold of them (intentionally so, no doubt!). And the story (policies) changed from one email to the next ... I have multiple emails with directly contradictory information from them. After getting the run-around from them for weeks, I was finally able to get Walmart to refund me directly. Never again will I order from a third party distributor on the web site of a major store!"
"You don't want to buy anything here folks! They are a part of Sears.com Marketplace sellers. I ordered a small pair of leggings and instead received a large. (I would never order a large because that just isn't my size. I have always been a small.) I have been trying to return it or exchange it for a small since I got it. I received the shipment on Oct. 3, 2016 and have emailed, contacted Sears.com, they can't reach them, and now I am getting the run around from Sears.com too! Seems like no one at either place knows how to take accountability for their products or processes. They just keep saying you have to wait for the escalation team to get back to you. It has been such a frustrating 28 days (yep - I have been trying to solve this issue for that long). Incredibly ridiculous for any store to do that to you. I can tell you this, it is much better to purchase things at stores like WHBM or JCPenney or anywhere that offers a no hassle return. This place is nothing but useless! Do yourself a favor and choose someone else!"
