"This company is a joke. I ordered items from them once before and they didn’t arrive, despite me receiving an email confirming delivery. I EVENTUALLY got a refund and recently gave chemist direct another chance, as we all make mistakes. Yet again, I didn’t receive my full order and was accused of lying as the “CCTV showed both items were packaged”- here I would like to add that I had confirmation the items MAy arrive separately. Two weeks later and still not received all the items ordered. I raised a dispute with my bank and got refunded instantly- with a an advisory stating “we have detected scams from this ********* and advise you do not purchase from chemist direct again. Enough said. SCAMMERS."
