Contacted customer service and they sorry but it was sent in a timely manner. Can’t do anything about delivery service. Super disappointed. Bought this stuff for my wife’s birthday. Never order from this company again. "
"When I ordered a shirt, it made NO mention of the item being on Back Order. When I checked the status a week after the order was placed, it showed Back Ordered, No Shipment Set. I started sending emails and have not yet received a response. No phone numbers listed on their website which leads me to believe they do not want to actually interact with their customers. I will not be ordering from them again!

"Chevymall is just a middle man that orders items from other manufacturers and has the items drop shipped to you. The reason there shipping costs are so high is because they make money off the shipping rather than the merchandise. They are near San Francisco California. I ordered 3 shirts and a sun shade for my c6 corvette. I was charged $20 for shipping. First shirt came in 3 days which had to been purchased near where I live in Phoenix Arizona and drop shipped to my residence. The other 2 shirts took just over a week to be delivered. The sun shade I am still waiting on and it has been well over 17 days and when I contacted them on the hold up all I am told is the order is still processing. I will never buy from chevymall ever again and will shop elsewhere from now on. I think a person is better off buying direct from the source instead of fooling around with third party companies and middle man drop shippers due to the fact if you have an issue with the item you have to notify chevymall then wait for them to contact the place they purchase from just to get an answer or response. Seems like a big hassle to me."

"I bought 5 shirts and a hat took over a week to receive order and when I did one of the shirts where wrong in size. All 5 shirts where supposed to be 3XL 1 of them came in S I called them and left messages no return calls, I finally got through and the so called customer service lady forgot to tell herself she was supposed to be customer service. She rudely told me to send it back when they get it they would send me a new one. Thanks but no thanks especially the way she said it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!"
"The worst experience I ever had with online shopping. Very poor customer service, absolutely not helpful. I was charged $350 for the purchasing (for Christmas gift) on Dec 8th, today is Dec 21st and I didnt get even a confirmation or tracking number for my order. Also I didnt get an answer on my email, just a "thank you letter" and there is no clear answer from custumer service on the phone just keep lying that order is on the way and they going to send a tracking number. Definately wont order again from them, very dissapointed!"

"Love this website. My dad and i are big Chevy fans and for his birthday i thought I'd buy him a nice, quality Chevrolet t-shirt. (One he couldn't wear while he was building the Chevelle and get all dirty, lol.) I bought myself the same shirt. Sizes are just right, shipping was pretty good and the prices were just right. All-in-all, i had a great experience. Just what I'd expect from Chevy. Well done."
