"I placed my first order on Saturday, 3/16/19. I received an e-mail that afternoon stating my order was already shipped, and was scheduled for delivery on 3/20/19. My order arrived on Monday, 3/18/19. Wow! That is amazing service. "
"I have placed 4 orders with Chewy.com during the month of Feb 2019. My latest order was placed early on Feb 28th. I received an email shortly after Noon time on the same day that my order was shipped. My bank account was charged for the cost of the order. As of today 1:30 pm, my order has not moved out of the Chewy.com warehouse. I have no idea when I will receive it but even if as early as tomorrow, it will be 6 day delivery. If this were a 1 time experience I might consider it an exception but this is the 2nd of my 4 Feb 2019 orders that were not delivered timely. I also placed an order on Feb 15th, received an email on Feb 15th advising that my order had shipped but it was not delivered to me until Feb 21st. I have advised Chewy.com that I cannot support them with additional orders when receipt of shipment is so inconsistent. They advise weather being a factor but yet I have received orders from other online companies without interruption. This is disappointing to me as I would like to support this smaller venue if it were more reliable."
"Chewy has consistently had the best customer service I've ever experienced. They immediately replaced any items that I might have had an issue with (rare) and are just a pleasure to speak to if I have any questions. Very helpful! "
"I called to return an item and order it a larger size, they sent the new item and did not charge me shipping, which was very nice- but then when I asked how to return the item I could not use, they told me it was not necessary to just donate it to a local animal shelter for them. The item was a dog life jacket, valued at $15, very usable in St Petersburg FL. I was shocked and pleased by their generosity!!

"I purchased an automatic liter box and it worked great for a little while but they it just stopped working. I called and explained what happened and they only offered a replacement not a refund. The replacement broke down just as quick, but since it was past the time frame from the original order they would not send a replacement but now they wouldn't even issue a partial refund.
It's a trap, you should go green and purchase from a local store. They probably have better customer service than this huge company that doesn't care to stand by their guarantee, even if the product they sell is low quality."
"Before my last two orders I would have given Chewy five stars. However, my last two autoship orders have been late by five to ten days. Chewy has been nice on the phone but here's my issue. Chewy is a logistics company. They don't produce anything, they just move product. Therefore when a problem with their logistics occurs they had better be good at fixing the problem. They aren't. I can't tell you how many times I heard, "We'll escalate this the our FedEx rep right away". Yet nothing happened... over and over again. Chewy didn't offer to send another shipment with a different carrier and apparently they have zero clout with FedEx (or Chewy was just shinning me on, how would I know?). The most amazing thing to me is they accepted the loss of my business, $200 every month on autoship, like it was nothing. Are their any small businesses that would like a $200/mo customer? Amazing. The people on the phone are great but the reality is Chewy is just another big company and you are just another number."
"Placed an order about midnight on a Monday (so had literally just become Monday). Ordered 1-2 day shipping because our cats were low on food (had enough to last to Thursday). It's now Friday and it's supposedly "out for delivery" but I had to go to the store and buy food yesterday. I signed up for autoship, but now I don't know if I want to bother if it's going to take an extra week to ship."
"I've been ordering from chewy for about 2 years. I rely on autoship, it is a lifesaver and so convenient. My order ALWAYS arrives the day after i place it. I've only ever had one issue with an order and customer service responded within hours and resolved the issue. such a great company"
"So I've only been using Chewy for about a month, but I can't even say how convenient and well-done this service is. It took me a less than 5min phone call to make a return, and the person on the phone (I believe his name is Austin) was very helpful, charismatic, and even made a couple jokes. I cannot express how satisfied I am with the employees, the website, AND the app. Literally, the Chewy app is one of the best made apps I've ever used for a store. Very impressed. There's always random sales, and their prices are unbeatable. Shipping is super fast and easy. The products are all quality. I normally would get pet supplies from Amazon, but Chewy's stuff is in the same price range AND always has great quality items. "
"At the suggestion of a friend my husband and I set up monthly autoship through chewy.com. It was easy, seamless, and painless. Most of the products we buy for our critters even cost less from chewy than from the grocery store. One of the items we purchased was a 40 pound bag of dog food for our two large-breed dogs. Unfortunately, we unexpectedly had to euthanize one of our girls shortly after the order. I contacted customer service to be sure the food would stay fresh for the amount of time it would take our pup to go through the whole bag. They looked up the information and then proceeded to refund me for the entire bag, even though I was pleased with the product! I was very touched by this and impressed by the caring gesture. They have earned a lifelong customer!"
"Their customer service team is beyond helpful. I made a big order and everything arrived quickly and intact. One of the items I ordered was a bag of pill pockets for my dog. She loves them, but she also bites them in half and breaks the capsule inside. I emailed them and asked if it was possible to return them (she'd only eaten a couple) or, even better, if they had any tips on how to get her to take them without biting them in half. They responded within a couple of hours saying they'd issued a refund, and they provided a link to an article about how to trick your pup into taking their meds. When I asked about returning the treats, they told me to donate them instead.
All of the reps who have helped me out with this case have been fantastic, and they even asked to know more about my girl. I was hesitant to contact them at first because I thought my request was stupid, but they were such a huge help. I just have to give the pill pockets to the humane society. I know they'll use them there."
"They have a huge selection, good prices, quick shipping and great customer service. I bought a dog bed from them a couple of orders ago that was there store brand and it shed little white fur balls everywhere. I left a poor review for the bed and then without me even asking they reached out to me and refunded the cost of the bed and told me to donate it to a local shelter. That is crazy good customer service! I have had good luck with all the other store brand (Frisco and American Journey) items I have ordered."

I want to thank the agents answering the phone and caring so much . As well as the company . You guys are great and make shopping for pets so easy .
