"I was in the store, the staff are like deer in headlights scared.
The manager is a WITCH!!!! She is forceful and pushy.
The staff walks on eggshells whenever she is in the store.
I have noticed this for a long time.

The other store I go to just changed managers. This new manager is the biggest wheel turning, get nothing done. She barks at the employees when she thinks no one is in there or even if they are. One day I heard her speak to an employee like she was a dog.

What yuh doing Chico’s? Are you compromising customer service for these out of control women? Just horrible
