"My purchase was shipped to wrong address, even after I had tried to change it in their system. I called help line the entire weekend and into Monday with no answers. I called a Chico’s store and was told sorry they couldn’t help. I emailed and was told they couldn’t help either. All this before packaged actually shipped. Well, in the end, I never got my packages, I am out the money, and now I have a bad taste for Chico’s main office service. They were no responsive."

"Was totally comfortable shopping in store at the Mt Kisco NY location this past week. Their COVID policies were clearly posted, I was met by Terry, the Mgr, when I walked in the door. My clothing choices were placed in a dressing room that was clearly marked cleaned, and my selections were taken to the desk for purchase. Those I did not take were put aside for quarantine purposes. I felt very safe and well treated. Excellent job. "

"I processed a return June 14th and have yet to receive a refund, I track the package and it stopped moving on June 17th. Called customer service and they said that if I hadnt received a refund by July 14th, it would be processed then...what? Working in retail most of my life, this is not great customer service! I love the items I have bought in store, but I will never buy online from them again..."
