The dress return was easy, the stamped return label was perfect, just placed the dress back in the package and off it went."

"I love the ultimate tee's. They are available in sleeveless, scooped neck tanks, long sleeve and v-neck three quarter sleeves. They last for years, are extremely comfortable and come in multiple colors. I wear them alone and layered. They are like the basic black dress of my youth - they go anywhere and can be dressed up, dressed down and pared with skirts, jeans and dress pants. Being a conservative dresser, they make me happy when I open my closet."
"I placed an order and waited three weeks for it to arrive. Finally called Chico’s to ask for a refund. I was expecting to get a lot of grief since the website showed the package was delivered, just no to me. The assistant was exceptionally nice. She immediately refunded the purchase price then checked to see if the items were still in stock after I let her know I was disappointed to not have them. She found them all and at a lower price. They arrived two days later. I am a long time customer and will remain a customer for a long time."
