"Chico's has messed up gifts for my mom twice now -- what a total fail. The Mother's Day gift I sent her did not arrive until several days after Mother's Day even though I placed my order in time for it to get there for that date based on Chico's website. Now, my mom has still not received her birthday gifts (about two weeks late at this point). I placed the order on June 1; it is now June 23 and the order is still not there. I will never order from this company again! Also, when I asked them to include a gift receipt instead of a regular receipt, the customer service rep told me that was not possible -- again another fail. "
"My favorite place to shop both in the store and on line. The service is great and they make it so easy for exchange’s and returns in the store or online. "
"The salesperson called me to tell me to come and pick up my item that day or it would be put back on the rack. I told them I could not come, but could come the following day. When I picked it up they seemed really peeved. I thought maybe it was because I hadn't purchased it in the store, but online, and picked it up in the store. It made me feel very unwelcome, and I was the only customer in the store. I would not do that again, but wait and have the item delivered. Also, it had been quite a few days after I'd ordered it that I got the first call to pick it up."
