I called customer service and was told nothing could be done to refund or reorder until the merchandise was back in the hands of Chicos. This was Chico's mistake. My address on record is my present address and Chicos could not explain why it was sent to the old address.
I reordered the merchandise but did not receive the sale price and paid more for 2 tops than I did for the original order of 3 tops.
I am Very dissatisfied."
