"I have tried to order on-line 3 times using my userid, so I would get credit because I am a returning customer. All 3 times I have had issues. The system wouldn't accept my id and password, so I said that I forgot my password. I received an email to change my password, but when I tried to change it, I received an error message and and was told to contact customer service. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone, waiting for customer service before I finally hung up. I even emailed customer service about my issue but never heard back from them. I think I will wait until the stores re-open before trying to buy anything else."

"It’s always a pleasure shopping at Chico’s. Oodles of choices and matching accessories. Also, it easily builds a wardrobe because many of the separates mix and match.
The sales people are always willing to assist with styling and choices. One manager in particular, believe her names is Sandra, is always extremely gregarious and helpful. She recently transferred from the Stone Oak store in San Antonio to La Cantera. Would love for her to receive some type of recognition. "

"Absolutely love the staff at Fig Garden in Fresno. They are so friendly and helpful! There is a closer store to my house but I always drive a little further because of the outstanding service i receive at FG that I never receive at the river park store. "

"I ordered two blouses. They didn’t fit at all. I packed them up and sent them back the same day with the Chico’s label. That was almost a month ago. Never got my refund.. called Chicos telephone number on my Master Card bill , only to find out it was an incorrect number, it was a scammers number. Looked up Chico’s and found out two numbers were transposed. Gentlemen I spoke to said it takes 4-6 weeks! To get a refund. He asked me to copy the wrong number to someone in the corporate office. I did and didn’t get so much as a simple thanks. And still NO refund. Will never order from them again!"
