"As much as I love shopping in the boutiques, on line shopping more convenient for me, especially during the pandemic. My items almost always arrive before I except them, and in good condition. I rarely have to return an item, as I mostly know my sizes. Now that boutiques are open again, I love that I can return to store instead of shipping."

"I received an order with the two items I ordered. One was way too large (maybe mis-sized since I ofter order that size). I can find my order online but, when I click on the return link, the web site doesn't recognize the order number ... it is correct. So, I cannot proceed with a return. Grrr. I'd like to return the item and even exchange it for a smaller size but ... am not sure how to do this!"

"I’ve stayed away from shopping at this location because I find the manager loud, pushy and she does not make my shopping experience pleasant. I needed to make a return from an internet purchase and carried it to the store. I then browsed for other items but her energy made me not want to stay. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. She is not pleasant just overly loud and she micromanaged her staff. I felt bad for them. I’ll continue to shop online. "
