I sized down a size, due to reading reviews of it being long -- this was a wise choice, as this made it a perfect ankle length.
Also glad I purchased this skirt with the top shown on the model. Like the drape & cap sleeves, which could be an elegant dress up for church or a wdg. The top is of a light/feel good material, but not a see-through.
Due to the elegant drape, I also sized down a size -- another happy choice!

I ordered item online it said it’s in stock but once I got confirmation later on the bottom of email which is so confusing said they don’t know when is going to be available. Yes I do have option to cancel order but before going to all that just mark item out of stock. "

"I was sent 2 instead of 1 pairs of denim Capris, in the wrong size. I tried to contact customer multiple times a day, for several days in a row. After being on hold a minimum of 20 minutes each time, I gave up and resorted to emailing them. I resent the email several times over the course of 2 weeks, before receiving a reply that bluntly informed me that they were a “final sale” , which was news to me, and therefore could not be returned. Apparently this final sale status is indicated by an item number ending in a particular two numbers, again, was not aware of this. I was offered no recourse, aside from “sorry for the inconvenience “. So here I am stuck with 2 pairs of capris that were wrong to begin with. VERY disappointed in what I had ,before now, always considered to be a quality company, focused on good customer service. Will not be shopping online with them again."
"I had ordered two tops online -- one didn't fit and I knew I had to return it. While I really liked the second top, the color just didn't look good on me.
I called my local Chicos (in Venetian Village in Naples, FL) -- and Heidi looked to see if they had the second top in another color. She found it in ecru and we arranged that I could just drive up to the store and she would come out and pick up the two tops I wanted to return and exchange the second top for the one in the right color. Because I am not yet going into stores, this worked out perfectly! The whole experience took less than 10 minutes.

"I have tried 3/4 times on the phone to get my account unblocked or whatever is wrong...I got this email at this address. Your site says they dont recognize email and password...the phone calls have let me change my password. But then the site still says cant find. I haven't bought anything in a long time and I always do.
One morning you sent an email to change my password but by the time i got to my email that day, it had expired. Not happy with Chicos right now"
