"Virtually my entire wardrobe is Chico's - I love the design, fit and quality of their clothing and gorgeous accessories (hats, scarfs, gloves, jewelry). I usually shop online - working from home and trying not to go out unless necessary - but when I do visit "my" Chico's at Lexington Green in Lexington, KY, I always feel like the most important customer in the store. I always get compliments on how I'm dressed, and I always recommend Chico's to my friends. And oh - Chico's sales are AMAZING!!!"

"I am a long time, loyal Chico's customer but Chico's online ordering process is antiquated, at best. Delivery is at a snail's pace and if you have to return the item, be prepared to have $7.00 withdrawn from your return amount. I recently returned an online order. Chico's received the return on November 16, 2020. It is now November 23, 2020 and there is neither an update on their website or any information when I may expect the smaller size that I requested. I also had to call Customer Service to cancel another online item since it was backordered and I would not receive it in time. I did not have the ability to cancel it myself online. I had to call Customer Service and remain on hold in queue just to cancel an order. Too complicated, too much time and service too slow. I will make boutique purchases only from now on."
