"I love Chico's. I have been shopping with Chico's exclusively for several years and have spent thousands of dollars with them. I am so disappointed, and often disgusted, with the lack of quality control. Nearly every article of clothing I purchase form them has a defect... one sleeve longer or wider, one leg shorter or narrower, pattern mismatched. These inconsistencies mean that I have to exchange nearly every item I purchase, or pay for seamstress repairs. For this reason, I buy everything on sale! I mean that I wait for sales and additional discounts until I a paying one third to one half of full price for everything. I just do not think any of their garments are worth full MSRP. It is a sad commentary on our retail culture... buy cheap and discard. Their designs are beautiful and would be worth more if they manufactured in the USA."
