Great customer support

"I had multiple issues to discuss and the Agent was very nice & patient. Unfortunately I have had to return several items in last 6 months due to tops being 2 inches shorter than the item description. Chicos quality is definitely not what it used to be."

Shipping was horrible!

"For over 10 days my items showed they sat in distribution center. No tracking available and spent 1/2 hr trying to reach customer service with no success. Never ordering online with them again!"

Not delivered

"I ordered an outfit for my sister in Reno and put the correct address on the order. The outfit arrived in Reno with half the address cut off so it could not be delivered and it was sent back to the store. I had my money refunded, but no Christmas present for my sister. So I picked out another outfit and called the Reno store to have it delivered. I got a very nice woman who promised it would get to my sister's house in time. The store called my sister and said it would be late. It is being delivered today-a day after Christmas!!! I started this process on December 4 and another on December 6. She is getting it today. I am not a happy customer! "

Comedy of Errors

"I thought that my wife, who owns no pajamas, would look really cute in a set of red pajamas, so I ordered one from Chico's. The package arrived on Xmas Eve, when I always do my (rushed) wrapping. I opened it and through the cellophane saw the red -- although the fabric was not what I had expected -- and wrapped up the bag containing the item. Imagine my surprise when my wife opened the package on Christmas morning and discovered a lovely red...poncho! In my family, we do not wear ponchos to bed, although that's an interesting idea.

So since red looks good on my wife, I can rate the poncho as OK -- but I can't rate the pajamas at all. I can, however, rate the process of customer order to customer satisfaction as Lousy. PS -- The shipping invoice lists the product as pajamas. Diversity gone nuts. LOL

Beyond disappointed

"After waiting over 5/6 weeks, I still have not received my order.Knowing how “off” the delivery system was prior holiday, I could understand. What pushed me over the edge was the lack of cooperation and information from Chico’s. Though I sent several emails (4) and calls (4), just for information,( should I re-order, buy new gifts, what(?),) - no response. I finally had a ‘chat’ w/a customer service rep this week. I was amazed at their lack of understanding and helpfulness. Honestly, they said they had no responsibility or duty to inform customers of their order status or even of the delay. They gave the product to their chosen delivery service and Chico’s was done. As far as this Chicos representative was concerned- too bad. But, I believe the company has a duty to inform - they charged my credit card over 3 weeks ago- but I have nothing to show for my money but frustration. I am very disappointed. No product- no money. Sad. "
