She sends me home to print my Email GC and bring it back (today) well since It won't accept my email I can't retrieve my GC. #.... We are talking about 6 gift cards range $100.00 to 50.00 Dollars. "I purchased 2 tops that were on sale - on-line; non-returnable. I have always had very positive experiences with purchases of Chico's clothing at the stores. I ordered my usual size on-line. But the 2 tops I received were at least 2" wider than what the tops are that I purchase at the stores; they were too large. The quality of the tops was great - I really wish the sizing was correct. I am thinking that is why they were on sale; mislabeled size. Even though I purchased the tops on-line, with no returns available - I was able to return the tops with a lot of convincing of the customer service representative on the phone by threatening to contact my credit card company to reverse the charge. This is why I only gave a 3 star rating.... "
