"I live in the USA and ordered a jacket at the end of September. I had never ordered form Chicwish before but saw so many great reviews so figured why not try them out! When checking out I continued as a guest not thinking anything of it until I realized later that the only way to track your package is if you have an account.... not to worry though as they have customer service that is prompt in email response (the one good thing I will say is how quickly they do get back to you). Almost two weeks after placing my order I still hadn't heard anything so I messaged them asking if I could get a delivery estimate. I received a response shortly after stating that it would ship within 3-4 business days once they receive the fabric order which would be early next week. Essentially telling me the jacket I ordered two weeks ago wasn't even made yet! In this email response I was also told it wouldn't be arriving for another two weeks (this was on a Thursday). I then went on a trip Friday and Saturday and didn't have access to a computer. During this time I found another jacket I liked a lot better than the one I had purchased through Chicwish so as soon as I got home on Sunday I began drafting up an email to cancel my order. The issue was as soon as I opened my email I noticed the night before on Saturday I received an email from Chicwish stating that my jacket was being shipped out. There was a tracking number in the email and so I looked it up to see where it was and it stated that it still had yet to reach the shipping facility. Thinking I could catch it before it left their warehouse I still sent the email in hopes they could help me cancel in some way. Nope! I was told "sorry we confirmed that your parcel is already being shipped to you" and then was given a different tracking number than the received the night before. I then received an email later on that day stating that it was the incorrect tracking number and was given yet another new one. Fast forward five days later and I am still getting the same message stating that it hasn't yet arrived at the shipping facility whenever I click on the tracking number. I email once more asking to please cancel if it still hasn't left their warehouse as I don't need/want this jacket anymore. I received a response which a screenshot of the same screen I was seeing whenever I clicked on the tracking number (unsure why I was sent this…honestly just feel like it made them look silly) and a message saying the same thing I was told almost a week ago that it has already been shipped..... yet apparently it still hasn't arrived at the shipping facility. I have since gone back and read the original shipping email which states: "If your order is shipped by USPS, USPS is only doing last mile delivery and the transition is handled by a third party logistic company before reaching your local post office and tracking will continue stating "USPS Awaiting Item". Please do not worry and you should receive your order in a few days". However if this is the case they should give you a tracking number to whomever is shipping your parcel to USPS along with USPS tracking number or reinstate that it is unable to be tracked until it reaches USPS. Don’t keep giving the customer a new tracking number just for USPS and have them stare at it for the next week with no change. I understand things happen and there are hiccups here and there. I used to work in a transportation company and understand that you can't stop a shipment once it is on its way, although the way they handled the situation was pretty crappy in my opinion. I was given false/inaccurate tracking information not once but three times and then had to about $8.00 to return a jacket I didn't want and was given no help other than “here’s a new tracking number”. "

Ordering was simple, the package arrived a day sooner than expected, and the shirt is cute as heck while also being really good quality.
