"April 8: I ordered a dress and two skirts to wear to a week-long event beginning 12 days later. Company policy says orders take 3-5 days to process and 8-10 days to ship.
April 16: I contact customer service because the order is still processing and nobody has contacted me about a delay. They respond saying they will do their best to get the order to me on time. No explanation for the delay.
April 17: Customer service promises the items will come back in stock within 3-5 days and will ship.
April 18: Customer service changes their tune, saying the skirts will be back in stock by the end of the month and the dress was damaged, it'll take another month.
April 22: I ask whether the items will arrive by June 1.
April 23: Customer service says the skirts will arrive by June 1, but the dress won't. This exceeds the "one month" promised availability timeframe by almost 2 weeks and it still won't be ready then.

I am fed up and feel strung along and taken advantage of. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

Bottom line: Don't trust this company. They don't follow their own guarantees (even though they give themselves a very generous amount of time to fulfill orders), and keep changing the availability information so that the customer feels strung along."
