"Having used Newegg for many years, and many orders, I decided to try my hand on ChiefValue, since they are owned by Newegg. I expected to get the same service as Newegg gives me, but boy was I wrong. I needed a new video card, so I ordered one for about $400. I then waited, for about a day, when they replied to me that my billing info didn't match the credit card. I used the exact same information on about 10 different Newegg orders, so I had no idea what was wrong. So I called them to run a new information through, and got someone from another country, and could barely understand them. They told me they would cancel my order and I should place a new one, because it would be quicker. So I did, and it came back bad. Cancelled again, and placed again, and bad. And then one more time. Finally, I ordered the next day around 2pm EST. Called them up to verify, and found someone from my country, very helpful, and understandable. They explained to me that they outsource their customer support late at night. That's a no-no. I still managed to get my video card, but even after I did, I had to RMA it to XFX, due to faulty memory. I still don't have it back after a week. Overall, my suggestion: Order during the day...avoid the night."

"I'm shocked to be writing this very negative review of ChiefValue.com... A Newegg.com Company... I have placed many many orders with NewEgg and have always been no less than very satisfied. This however has been nothing less than horrible.
