I experience a problem with a product I purchased from Chiefvalue.com and they were willing to pay for return shipping to have the product refunded. "I ordered two Samsung 2tb green drives for $75 each,I had just been waiting for a deal on 2tb'ers and when I saw that Chiefvalue had a deal I jumped on it. Acording to Samsung, Drives that are now shipping already have updated firmware on them, but I flashed them just in case.
Shipping was fast and free! The drives came in a Newegg box(same company). The packaging was very good, the company must have read negative reviews about hard drive packaging and improved it accordingly. The packaging was a long sheet of bubble wrap taped around the drive, which was also in a plastic enclosure; the two drives were individually wrapped.
Next time I make a purchase I will check Chiefvalue as well as Newegg because the prices can be lower on Chiefvalue. I am not sure if their customer service is the same, but I would assume they use the same CSRs. Overall, Chiefvalue is just as good as Newegg!"
