"It's been great! The teachers genuinely care about the health, wellness and development of my child."
"My experience with this daycare was very good and I've heard a lot of horror stories about people starting daycare."
"This school has been amazing way beyond my expectations, and my sister has been using daycares and they are nothing compared to the one that I picked on my first time putting my child in daycare. Childtime is by hands one of the best schools. There's lots of room, really nutritious food. I've had to deliver food to a daycare where they were just ordering aldi's snack food, which has to be horrible for children. Childtime gives her the same food that I give her that I learned to make through a better me app that is very nutritious food."
"I feel comfortable dropping my kids off at their school. The updates on sprout app are awesome and give us loads to talk about."
"Nothing short of professional- love what you all do!"
"Great experience. Wouls like more consistency in communication regarding sickness in the classroom (hand foot mouth, covid, flus) there have been times rhese were present and my child was sick. Wiuld have been helpful to know it was going on around the school before having to do an ER visit or doctor visit"
"I just explained enough..Mrs. kassie is doing nothing positive for your establishment. I would definitely thi k about promoting one of your assistants to be full time director. The meals for these children are absolutely interesting on the choices of food. I have heard multiple children leaving when I pick mine up about them being hungry because lunch was disgusting or that they did not and could not get enough food if it was a good good day"
"I love the school I saw the sign and I knew it was the one. I was online it aligned with what I thought it would be I went inside everything aligned with my expectations. Again the teachers are giving my daughter time to acclimate they give her just enough attention but not too much where she cries the whole time. The reason why I enrolled her was for the social interaction to help her resolve things anxiety she gets with people."
"Through the first 4 years of school the director, assistant director, and all teachers our child has had have been great to work with. Some of them have become close friends. Cleanliness and safety have been at the forefront. In the last year or so however the staffing has made it difficult to manuever pickup, as well as provided the needed development for kingergarten."
"Again, we love the teachers and staff. But childtime needs to do more to support them. I don’t know if it’s stop enrolling for a while, pay more to recruit and retain staff, or what. But the teachers are stretched too thin."
"The staff that is is there is nice and very welcoming."
"The teachers are great! They truely care and love the children they communicate well. However, they need more support. They need to stop working short staffed. They need to be able to take a vacation and parents not to receive messages about staffing issues and having to shut down a room due to it. The food needs to improved very processed and blah. And the school needs CLEANED deep cleaned! It is not as good as it use to be."
"We are so disappointed in how the school has gone downhill without any action over the past year to improve. Our son has received no kindergarten readiness at all despite my multiple attempts and communicate this with the director. The building is so dirty it is a health concern. I watch the kids running around, hitting, throwing kids down on the live stream and no teachers intervene. It is heartbreaking to know your child is in an unstructured chaotic environment. The director no longer plans events that they used to have such as music programs, conferences, etc… if there were not waiting lists at surrounding centers we would already be gone."
"Teachers are welcoming, collaborative and positive! They strive to create a positive, creative, engaging learning environment. I especially appreciate their care with social emotional learning, problem solving and fostering self esteem in children."
