Only problem i've had is I did'nt expect the order to take so long to process as building a PC doesn't take that long. but they emailed me to apologise saying that they have had a lot of systems to build"
"I decided about 6 months ago to purchase a new system which i would build myself. I did a lot of research on the net and finally decided about two weeks ago i would use Chillblast for some of my components. I e-mailed them to get delivery details on a case and P.S.U that I liked and had an e-mail back very quick from a chap called Ben, who was interested to find out what manner of beast i was building. He was enthusiastic, informative and very helpful so that in the end i changed some of my spec (because of new technology now available) and i ended up ordering the whole kit and caboodle from Chillblast. Their overall price was O.K, delivery was fast and most of the components have arrived already nicely packaged. The only downside is I am waiting for my Mobo still :(, which is not their fault as the Asus Striker Extreme is proving very hard to get hold of at the mo in the UK. Still excellent service and a refreshing change for an internet based company. 10/10."
"Not good at all. I thought from the previous ratings that I would get good service. Apparently not. I ordered a case from them, and phoned them a couple of days later saying "I understand that this wouldn't be an in stock item, can I get an idea on when it might ship?" They replied with "It will ship from us today and be with you tomorrow!" I thought great, and organised that I wouldn't work thinking I would be able to get the system rebuild done and go back to work. Nope. They haven't even shipped the item, one day pay gone so far and no case either. Just got a phone call from them and they can't confirm a delivery date. Order cancelled."

"I initially placed my order for a Zalman CNPS7700 Cu cooler, which was cheaper than I could find it elsewhere. It arrived the next day but unfortunately did not fit my PC. As requested by their store I sent an email to their returns department (a refreshing change from subitting endless forms) and had my RMA number minutes later. I sent back the cooler and my card was refunded as soon as it arrived. Communications were excellent throughout and I still felt like a valued customer, despite ordering an item not compatible with my PC.
I was suitably impressed with the service, so placed my second order with chillblast for an alphacool water cooler. It also arrived the next day and fitted into my PC with no problems. I am thoroughly pleased with the service from both martin in the sales department and ben in returns and will be using them as my first port of call for uture purchases."

"The only place I could find someone selling the Shin-Etsu G-751 thermal compound. Their web site sucks - you have to manually select a secure connection when filling in credit card details. That aside, I ordered Friday afternoon and the stuff arrived on Saturday morning, v good. Well wrapped, and a credit card receipt included. Will buy from them again."
"Minor gripe perhaps, but the one thing they don't do (that dabs and other online retailers allow you to do) is see whether an item is in STOCK in the first place before you go and place an order. Neither do they allow you to cancel an order online (admittedly I've only seen dabs do this). The omission of stating whether an item is in stock or not is not forgivable though as I needed the item pretty sharpish. Shame really, as I'd heard good things of them."
"Very good company - I asked for the goods to be delivered a week after the order as I had to go away, and when I came back, it arrived the following day, as requested. Very responsive, even called me back after a little enquiry!"

"I bought a motherboard + hdd from these guys, and they arrived at my door 3 days after the order date. Considering that i live in Istanbul(for the less knowledgable creatures that's in Turkey) that is pretty f*ucking amazing. It would be rude to even consider compering this company to dabs; chillblast is sooo much better that i would buy my groceries from them if i could. However if you are looking for the very cheapest option there are alternatives but they do not give you the same peace of mind and customer support..."
"I bought a New motherboard and CPU from these guys a while back and a good price. The delivery came 2 days later and i was happy as pie with my new kit. The bext day after installing the new kit my PSU failed and went up in smoke taking the motherboard with it. This was unforutate and fustrating but I phoned chillblast shortly after and they couldn't think of any way to get it working again, so they said to send it back and I got sent a brand new one 3 days later. Unparalled after care compared to the previous hardware venders I used."
"I have dealt with many online stores in the UK and US and none have provided me with better service than Chillblast have. They may not be the cheapest store around, but with their excellent selection and second to none customer service (exceptional when I had to RMA an IBM harddrive), I'd say it's all worth it. Would I shop with Chillblast again ? I wouldn't shop anywhere else!"
