Purchased an item from them on Ebay. They marked it as dispatched, but I never received it. I could not contact the seller after repeated attempts. Won the dispute via PayPal but they never responded to that either. Judging by feedback from others this is a company to avoid buying anything from. Never heard from them, obviously they are not bothered trying to satisfy their customers. Avoid them!!!"

"Pretty poor store. Bought a 480mm radiator stand from here and Tj07 midplate. Lost my item (to NZ). Gave me a refund which is good I guess however its not what I wanted. being the only supplier of TJ07 midplates that I can find other than pulse modding (out of stock 24/7) I just wanted them to ship me off another lot. However they didn't respond to my email asking them too and just refunded me instead.
They took a number of days to reply to my emails. Wont be dealing with them again I'm afraid.

"Bought my watercooling kit from Chilled PC and the service was fantastic, Chilled PC contacted me to say some parts wern't in stock and arranged for alternative parts to be delivered with the kit, also had 2 barbs missing but as soon as i queried weither they should have been included i had an prompt email saying they would be out in the next post, brilliant tbh and the price including the extra parts was cheaper than anywhere i could find online, so all in all an A+ preformance
