" there was a small problem withe the order 90% good but 1 wrong part i just wanted to purchase the correct part and return the wrong one , was yelled at and berated on the phone buy the sales man that sold it to me. they have no respect for there customers. this part represented less than 15% of the order price and was not used at all . I was happy with every thing until i tried to get some help i was willing to pay for the new part and send the old on back and pay the shipping no luck beware of these guys the only want to sell stuff and i do not think they really no what there talking about probably just reselling chimney parts that some else manufactures."
