"I have bought twice from ChinaBuye and so far have had minimal problems. The Java phone I ordered was not the one I received but so similar that I didn't see the point in creating trouble. I did post in the forums but got no reply. I find their website hard to navigate around and trying to find the 'Contact Us' page was hard at first. I choose the free airmail shipping so I expect it to take a couple of weeks and the processing times are detailed in a confirmation email so I have no problems with shipping/time frames, in fact I like the free airmail shipping as I am not in a hurry to receive my items. The phone I did receive was better than I expected for the price, it all worked well and I was very pleased to have bought it. I am expecting the same with the items I have recently ordered and if so then I will continue to shop with them.
I think my only serious recommendation for them would be to hire someone who can speak/write good English as the product descriptions and emails and other website info makes no sense at all sometimes. (I would love to offer my services but I live in NZ so probably not much good lol)
Overall I am impressed with the range of products offered and the prices, have compared with other China companies and am happy with them. "
