"1.) Shipping information the company provides to its tracking services is either incomplete, outdated, or flat-out wrong. Mine read "order received" for more than a month. This is the package tracking for which I paid extra? Really?
2.) Notices of "shipping delay" due to employee holiday are sent weeks after the sale has been made. How about telling your customers that their order's progress may be delayed BEFORE they make the purchase, not after the fact?
3.) The staff use fake western names on the Internet. I'm not sure why ChinaBuye feels the need to disguise their cultural heritage when dealing with international customers. I guess they figure we can't handle the truth. I find it silly, and it makes we wonder, "What else are they not telling us?"

There are numerous Chinese electronics sites on the Internet that are deserving of our business. ChinaBuye, however, is NOT ready for PrimeTime!

"I ordered two eV10 900mAh E-Cigarette Battery with Capacity/Voltage Indicator in order #100550724, and one did not work.

I contacted Chinabuye, they said they would replace the battery along with my next order. I mentioned this when placing my next order (#100573488), but the order arrived with no replacement battery, also another item a UK plug USB power adapter was missing from that order too, I ordered two, but only one arrived.

Purchases are usually delivered on time and are correct. I will continue to order from Chinabuye."
