I Ordered another tablet, which finally arrived after 45 days. As i opened the package the tablet had cracks on screen and touch screen totally not working. Any way i made a video, opened up a ticket. For first 3 days customer service were not able to open the video, so i uploaded video on utube, converted video in 3 different formats and send/shared via email, youtube, google drive, skydrive, so there was no option left for denial.
Here is the resolution they offered :
"Pay $39 more in order for them to send me another tablet and i can keep the broken one for free."
wow, so i have pay $129 for the junk which is worth atmost $85...
total scam and rip off. stay away. look for alternative websites,everbuying.com or fasttech.com or dozens more just google.
