"The first problem is the chinabuye.com systems always error. Sometime I cannot make multi order. I have to logout, clear cache, close browser and open it again. very lose time. Sometime I login to my account but the systems go to another account not mind. I have to wait more than 10 minutes. The systems will back to use.

The second problem is the packages often have been returned from the custom. I don't know WHY? I want my clients have received the product within 10-20 business days. So I choose the second method of delivery method ( 10-30 business days) and pay more than $1.90 BUT my order often returned from custom. Before I change the delivery method, It has no this problem. When my clients didn't received the product on time, they will ask for refund. And you just reponse to give me discount 5%. I don't want the discount. I want the delivery on time and the best service from you. ( Please see Ticket #57419 )

The Third Problem is the product is out of stock. ( order # 100451692 order date : 9/13/13 ) But no one sent email to me. I found it still on processing, so I open ticket #58085 to ask. BUT It was pass 10 days, I just know this item can not ship because it is out of stock.
