Spoke with seller on msn messenger 11/28/11. After I viewed this seller's catalog, I placed an order with them on 11/29/11. When I placed the order the seller promised that the merchandise would be shipped out the same day by DHL 3 day delivery. The only reason I choose to use this supplier is because they promised it would be shipped out that same day.

When it was not shipped that day, I talked to seller and they promised it would be shipped out the next business day (11/30/11), and stated they did not have enough time to prepare the order. On 11/30/11, when I asked seller if the order had been shipped, they told me it would ship out today, and they would email me the tracking number. After I did not receive the tracking number, I contacted them the next day 12/1/11, and they told me one of the parts that I had order did not test properly so they needed to test this and they would ship the next business day (12/2/11).

On 12/2/11, I sent an email to the seller requesting a refund, the seller did not reply. When the seller returned to the office on 12/5/11, I asked them to send a refund, and she assured me if I waited the purchase would be mailed out today, and she would send me tracking number in a few minutes. After a few hours I contacted the seller again, and they informed me my package had been shipped, but they were "having computer problems" so they could not provide a tracking number at this time.

At this point this seller has lied to me several times and wasted my time. I have yet to receive my refund and have filed a dispute with this company. BUYERS BEWARE"

It appears that the retailer/reseller is posting themselves. Items to notice: 1.) An amazing 5 out of 5 ratings with nearly zero criticism - Santa Claus doesn't rate this well. 2.) Check the grammar - 90% of the reviewers' typing and grammar skills are very good. It is rare to see even 25% of posts with anything close to "fair" grammar skills, and these posts are international, not USA-based. 3.) If you analyze the posts, you'll notice that a large number are posted on the same day and from different parts of the world, e.g., U.S., Greece, Australia, etc. - I repeat, the same day!
--- Aren't these things just a tad odd? I'll stop as I'm sure it looks like I'm bashing, but I just hate seeing "bad guys" getting the best of good people, especially in these economic times.
