"When I ordered a QCA spa from this company, they told me it would ship in 5-6 days. I didn't believe it. But sure enough, I called on the 7th day and the nice customer service person gave me the tracking number to my purchase. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I then called to ask how to set it up and they recommended a spa technician near me who could help. All in all, I had a great experience with this company. The price was fantastic and the customer service impeccable! I've told friends about this store and will continue to do so!"

"I ordered my hot tub on the 24th of september and it is now the 12th of feb. thats almost 5 months and still havent recieved my tub. I have called twice and was told both times a delivery date which was latter pushed back another month or two. the last date was for some time between 2-15 and 2-25. will report in after that date"
