"I placed an order on Black Friday and all but one item arrived. The one item that didn't arrive was shipped to a different state. I contacted Choxi and was told that I had to wait 3 business days for their vendor to respond. I called back 3 days later and was asked to wait another 3 days. So a week and a half later, now Dec 16, I received a notice that I will not receive my item and will be refunded in another 5-7 business days. Sadly, they have lost me as a customer. This was very time consuming to resolve and a big hassle."
