"I am a very dissatisfied customer I placed an order on 12/11/15 and saw that all items ordered would be delivered before 12/24/15 for Christmas. Today is 12/15/2015 and my order still has not shipped. I contacted customer support and they said my order would ship in 2 weeks which will be TOO LATE FOR CHRISTMAS. I wanted to cancel my order because it won't be delivered in time as I have plans and won't be in town. They told me sorry but I can't cancel the order - I said even though my order has not shipped? They are taking advantage of customers by operating this way. This was my first time using the site and it will be last. I have sent emails, texts and made calls to all my friends and family about this site and the shipping policy. They are not willing to accommodate their customers and don't care if the customers return. I will not be returning. I will refuse the delivery and request a full refund. So Choxi if you are looking at this just do the right thing and cancel my order and provide me a full refund. "

"Many times,after 30 days,they "forget" to mention they cannot get the product from their supplier.Shipping is poor.Piecemeal. Plus,you have to "remind" them to give you a credit.Many times they use the same credit refund for a different item they did not ship and claim they issued a refund.The CSR people are fast and polite.Not their problem.The products are nice.BUT..you better read.They had an 8 ounce jar of a product showing,but when you went to buy,it said 3.4 ounces.I feel this is quite deceptive.Have ordered several hundred dollars so far,but really am getting dissatisfied.These comments are not necessarily for the order shown,but,comments in general.Choxi is drifting back to the ways of NoMoreRack,which still operates on higher dollar items (not worth it,either).Thank you.Hope somebody listens.Have a Blessed season."
