Total Ripoff!

"Never received my order. They have not answered my emails. The "customer service" phone number tell you to call back during normal business hours. No matter what time it is. I will be contacting the BBB today. I have ordered many things from them in the past and other than slow shipping it had not been a problem. They still send out ads and sales announcements every day. The review I just read states that they have not paid their venders nor their staff. They are still taking orders and money from people without filling their orders. I will not sit back and allow anyone to take my money! Don't waste you time or money with them."

Huge rip off!!

"Do NOT order from this place. It was great as Nomorerack but as Choxi it is out and out theft. If they fail to deliver they do not return your money but want to extend credit. If they fail to deliver on that order it will take a good while to get any satisfying answer from them. I'm still waiting for an answer about my order made in the beginning of July..."

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER!!

"Placed an order on August 21st, hadn't heard anything on the status and emailed customer service on August 26th. They claim to respond in less than an hour but, by August 29th, I still had not received a response. Sent another email and called the customer service number listed on the website. When I called, I was directed to an automated voice message saying I was calling outside business hours even though I was calling within business hours. Sent more emails, facebook messages, facebook posts, and no response. Today, August 30th, I am asking for a refund via email and facebook messages and am still getting an automated voice message when I call saying it is outside business hours. Currently on the phone with my bank to stop this transaction and reimburse me. Shame about this, used to be so good when it was nomorerack, ordered from them all the time. ABSOLUTE SCAM!! "

Terrible place! DO NOT BUY HERE!

"I have purchased many things on this website, before it was taken over by Choxi. I have been waiting almost a month now for them to reimburse money as products were never delivered or even sent to begin with. I get robot replies through email and since they said they would reimburse me by last week again, there has been no further communication. They do not reply to my emails and when I call during business hours I get a message to say that I am calling outside of business hours and to email them. Now I have not received almost $200.00 that they owe me. And no one is returning my emails, not even the robotic ones, or calling me, nor can I get someone on the phone when I call. Worst place to shop online ever.
Here is their promise to reimburse me, on August 11th. I had asked previously to be reimbursed but they gave me a store credit which I did not ask for.

"I have revoked the in-store credits from your account and issued a refund in the amount of $182.05 to your original form of payment as per your request. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for this refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Please note that the $220.00 credit issued for Order 24275544 included the $15.00 discount you used. But since we are refunding the amount that was actually charged to your bank account, we can only refund the actual amount that was charged to you.

We also cancelled all the items that are not yet shipped, as per your request. Since Orders 24390979 and 24402449 were placed using the credit issued for Order 24275544, we will no longer issue a credit for all the items cancelled. This will all be included in the $182.05 refund we processed."

"The rare chance you order something the have in stock, you are good. HOWEVER, you order something they are unable to deliver...YOU WILL NEVER GET IT nor get CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They take your money, pass the blame to the supplier and then go silent on your inquiries. They will give you store credit and thus you play the game of trying to find what you want that they have in stock. DO NO...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Much better is No More Rack... going straight down the drain as CHOXI"

Choxi-Wtf happened?

"Ok, so this is what I know. I, like the rest of you, never got my products. Same story, different day. Apparently, Choxi hasn't been paying their vendors. No vendors, no product. There are Choxi employees that haven't been paid in two months. I've emailed multiple times, sent messages via Facebook multiple times. We all know that calling doesn't get us anywhere right now. I even called the corporate office, but without an extension number, it disconnects you. There's a petition online for Consumer Affairs to start an investigation into Choxi's business practices. I read online that Choxi may be declaring bankruptcy. We, as customers, need to do our part to shut Choxi down. But as far as getting refunds, if you paid with a credit or debit card, call the issuing bank and tell them you want a chargeback, they should reverse the charges. I also filed a complaint with the BBB, along with several other customers. The more the truth comes out to the BBB, the more damage it does to Choxi. They are still accepting orders and payments, knowing full well that they have no intention of ever sending anything out. And yesterday, I got another $25 off offer. Hilarious! I found out who the CEO is and I sent him an email also. However, history tells me that I shouldn't expect a response. If I do, I'll pass on the info. It may only be $42 that I'm owed, but I'm not gonna let this go! "

Choxi not reliable

"NoMoreRack was good, but since they changed their name (new owner?) their service has changed. Most on line business ships within 2 days. I have been waiting 4 weeks (their site says 2-3 weeks) Today I call and the recording says they are closed (noon Wed.) Please call back during business hours. Their Chat button is gone. Facebook page has not had a new post in a week. Their page is still open to place an order, but it appears questionable if you will receive anything. Are they still in business? Does anyone know?"

What warrantee ?

"I ordered a set of metal bowls with a colorful laminated on the outside.

Upon first washing the laminate came off.

I contacted Choxie for exchange they refused unless I paid to return and have original packing.

Who keeps the original packing.

They know this and use this as a barrier to prevent warrantee's.

Do not shop Choxie.

BIG SCAMER CHOXI

"Took the money never delivery items but when if they deliveries it defected . They just wanted to give the credit plus discount code to keep you buy from them and again and again never delivery item for couple months. They are hopping that you forgot your orders but if you remember to contact them then the story starting to the first page again. I order more than I need to get $25 off coupon but when I checked out they drop one item to make my order not eligible for coupon code. I contacted them and they did not want to cancel it. Choxi can't go further with your scam "

Choxi.com bad place to do business

"bought 4 items on 7/5, received one on 12th, which was just to raise the order amount to get discount; we haven't received the rest items still on 7/28.
I called and emailed, the customer service gave the same reply: Choxi processing took 10-14 days... even it's already over 3 weeks, the reply is same: processing took 3 weeks.
We had to cancel the order and request refund, Choxi says the shipping charge will be deducted from our refund. So ridiculous. The cancellation was because of their not deliver.
Anyway, should never ever buy anything from Choxi again. Also they gave us very hard time on the phone trying to get our refund and cancel the order. Numerously trying to give us store credit and I over and over told them I'll never buy anything from them again.

Scam

"I ordered a few items in April and it's now mid July and they have yet to even ship most of the order. I ordered about 8 things, one was shipped a week later the next item arrived about 2 months in, 2 items were cancelled and I was given a store credit instead of a refund. And 2 (watches) have not been processed yet which is what I was most excited about. I contacted the customer support who said they would ship out soon enough but it's been 3 months and there's no mention of when it will ship or why it's been so delayed.
Now I have a store credit for a site that I will never rely on again and spent 140$ for them to ship the $2 and $10 items only.
I am extremely disappointed.

Takes your money but doesn't deliver

"Placed an order a month ago and the company debited my credit card. Sent an email yesterday and they don't even know about my order. I hadn't even been processed, yet I still paid for it. This is the third time this company had done this so I decided to write a negative review on every chat I find and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. But their customercare representative refused to give me a physical address, finally got Louis in chat and he gave me the address. While waiting , I remembered that I should report this company to the Attorney General's office. I am also aware that with the order number that Choxi will have editing power over this review, buy there are more out there. Like the ones of vendors not processing orders due to nonpayment by Choxi and the possibility of bankruptcy which means you just lose your money. Think twice before using this company."

"This is an overall opinion of CHOXI, overall I love it, prices are great, high quality merchandise, orders are usually received in a timely manner, But on three occasions, I have not been pleased, one occasion I never received my order, another occasion I just sent something that I did not order and the 3rd occasion I was sent the items but in the wrong colors. But that's not enough to keep me from continuing ordering because CHOXI have some great merchandise and I tell everyone I know about the site. "
