"The products smetimes take long for delivery. There are no updates, nor do they let you know if a problem has occurred with the purchase. It should not take a month to get the product, but if it does, at least customer should be notified as to when purchase is expected to be delivered. I love the deals Choix offers, but the wait is long"

However the second order, after waiting 2 weeks I finally emailed their customer service and they said the vendor didn't have the item in stock. Then why was it even posted for sale? Why do you deal with a vendor? Why did I have to wait 10 business days before I could message you, why aren't you up on your own sales? So I had to order another one of those curlers the ones that twist your hair up for my granddaughter then the third time she used it it quit working. When it was no more rack it was great to shop their shop for years but now I am done never again will I order from that company"
