For "TENS" unit: this is a muscle stimulator, but is made in China and marketed there as a massager. It's cheap and will do the job for a while, but much less sturdy and versatile than a Western TENS.
Last, to arrange for returns, I had to ask for a supervisor. The clerks are directed to say that unfortunately because of their very low prices, they cannot accept returns. Most shoppers will give up and not return items."
