"I had ordered a cozy-looking faux mink blanket for my bed since I am re-modeling my bedroom. After what seems to be quite a long time, I was informed by Customer Service at Choxi that the manufacturer of my cozy-looking blanket isn't able to fulfill my order, and therefore Choxi would be sending my money back. I did get my money back on my card after only a couple days, thank you very much, but it was for a few dollars short of the purchase price. Probably something internally that I am not aware of, not real worried about that part. I then went and bought another blanket from another online store. I looked a few days later on the Choxi site and found my cozy-looking blanket still up for sale. That is what really irritates me. I couldn't afford to get anything close to what Choxi had for the price, so I had to settle. And, I don't like to settle for something I really didn't love for my bedroom. Didn't hit it out of the park this time."
