The order was supposed to come by USPS, but after a week with no activity on the tracking ID, I called Christmas Lights to see what was up. The Customer Service department was extremely courteous and helpful, and the agent said she would bring it to the attention of a manager. Unbeknownst to me, they resubmitted the order internally, sent it by UPS instead, and did not charge me for shipping... I had my items within a few days. Very well played Christmas Lights Etc!
