"Ordered 3 of their 36" LED snowflakes. They all died within a few years. 1/3 of each one won't light up, all in the same place at end of the snowflake, so there is a design flaw. No way to fix them either as they are molded LED's. They have a pitiful 1 year warranty which means you better hope they fail the 30 days you have to up or your eating the costs. They refuse to even address it.
Stick with one of the other suppliers."
