On my second order of LED lightbulbs from them, one of the two boxes of bulbs had opened up during transit because they were not properly packed and supported with filler material inside the shipping box. Upon notifying Christmas Lights Etc. of the problem (with pictures) and requesting one box of replacement bulbs, they immediately responded with a confirmation that they understood and owned the problem then rapidly placed TWO boxes of bulbs in the mail. Everyone makes mistakes, but the values of a company are really shown by how they take care of their customers, which they absolutely did."
