"I will never order from this company again. They are completely unreliable and will lie (if you can ever get them on the phone) when it makes more sense to tell the truth. March 21, 2012 I placed an order for a speedometer. I received a confirmation email stating that my order was in stock and would be shipped within two to three business days. Five weeks later I called to find out where my speedometer was. I was told that they couldn't ship it to a P.O. Box (my billing address) when I had provided both my shipping and billing address. I found it odd that my bank approved the payment when supposedly they had confused my billing address with an address that is in no way affiliated with that account. I was assured that the product was in the warehouse awaiting shipment and would be shipped the next business day. 7 days later I was able to speak to someone who informed me that the part was now on back-order. Today is September 4, 2012 and I have yet to hear from Chrome Addiction or receive my speedometer."
"This company SUCKS!! I would not order anything from this company. They are not reliable nor honest!!! I ordered helmet pads back in October of 2011. They charged my card immediately. Till this day I have not received the product nor a refund, even after several e-mails and phone calls. I was continuously told that the product was on back order and would ship soon....still waiting! "

"Okay so I set out a quest to find some Supertrapp slip-on exhaust to put on my headers. I check Amazon, they had some good prices, but I wasn't satisfied. Then I found Chrome Addiction, I've never tried them before, never even heard of them, but the price was right, and figured I'd go for it. Usually I research a new place before I pull the trigger, but this time I didn't. I got em ordered, got the confirmation and was awaiting the email telling me they were shipped, an email I never received. The next day after I ordered, I decided to check out what everyone else was saying about Chrome-Addiction, I was horrified at what I read. Three days after I sent an email asking for status of the items I purchased, no response, 2 days after that I called left a voice mail, no call back, no response. I was starting to freak out because of all the horrible reviews I read. Well I'll tell what, I placed the order on Monday April 30th, and Monday May 7th I received exactly what I ordered. While I didn't hear from anyone, get an email saying my purchase has been shipped, I would still definitely shop at Chrome-Addiction again. For me to actually get what I ordered exactly a week after I ordered it is absolutely amazing, I live in Hawaii stuff just doesn't get here all that fast unless you pay for 2-day or next-day air. Kudos to the Chrome-Addiction team for making me a believer, and teaching me the age old lesson don't believe everything you read. "
"I ordered a helmet and shield because of the price, before I saw all of these bad reviews. I admit, I was worried. The order process said it would ship in 1-3 days. On the third day I received an invoice confirmation and a UPS tracking number. The item was delivered, signature required, exactly as expected. I had an excellent experience and will definitely order from them again."
"Ordered a front and rear stainless steel brake line on 3/29/12 not because they had a low price but because the lines were advertised as being in stock. Website said the parts were in stock and would ship in 1-3 days. My credit card was charged on 4/2/12. On 4/9/12 I emailed to see if they were shipped and got an invoice and a USPS tracking code in reply. Followed the USPS tracking link and the package did not enter the USPS tracking system until 4/11/12. Tried to call twice, no human there to answer the phone; you have to leave a message. I left a message and no return call as of 4/11/12. Also, they don't respond to emails except to send an invoice. I just hope these brake lines that I have ordered are correct (that implies that eventually I will receive them). If I did have a problem who would take care of it? Who knows? I won't order from Chrome Addiction again. Chrome Addiction is just another mediocre pure web player that mistakenly thinks web marketing has nothing to do with customer service and order fulfillment.
They have my order# posted below, they have my name and phone number in their order processing system. If they wanted to call me they could but trust me, they won't. Chrome Addiction is too busy cruzing the web looking for the next fool that will place an order with them. "

"Terrible service. I ordered a set of handlebars on 03-06-12. I sent an e-mail 03-15-12 asking where they were at. They sent me an invoice stating they were shipped 03-16-12, 10 days later and only after I contacted them....Never again.... I needed this part by today not shipped today 10 days later. Believe the bad reviews. 03-21-12 I just got the bars today and they are the wrong ones!!! Wrong size, style, manufacturer. Now I have to send these back, it just doesn't end. I should have just bought them from Harley Davidson."
"paid for expidited shipping, took forever to get wrong part. shipped it back recieved wrong part again. shipped it back. finally got correct part(2 months after placing order). seller said they would reemburse me the $22+ shipping charges but instead charged my card $22+. threatened to report them for credit card fraud. recieved email today stating they credited my card with the $45+. still hasent showed up on my card statment."
"I have never really heard of Chrome Addiction, until I googled for the best price for an Alpinestar 1 piece suit that I wanted to get for next season's track days. I came across their webpage and was skeptical at first due to me never hearing about them but after careful deliberation, I proceeded to order through then. Given it was around holiday season I knew shipping may be a tad slower, but it wasn't. Joe the manager kept in touch with me throughout the process and answered all my questions professionally and patiently. My order arrived on about a week after it was placed via UPS which required a signature for security. The suit fit me perfectly and was wrapped very well, no damage, no flaws, no bs.
