"I ordered a table as a Mother’s Day gift. I got an arrival date of the Friday before. The company told me it has shipped and everything. Friday came and went and the tracking number all of a sudden changed to pending. I finally got a call back today and was told that the table was lost by them or Fedex. FedEx only ever showed it as “label printed” so it was most likely the company.
I requested they send me a new table even though it is a week past do. I was informed they would have to submit a claim with Fedex and then would be able to send me another table but it would take 10 business days. The first one I ordered was supposed to be delivered in 3 days, but they can’t deliver a replacement for two weeks? So I told her to just refund my money. She said they can do that, but first she has to file a claim with Fedex and send it to their resolution department and it will take 10 days for a refund.

"I ordered chairs for our sanctuary and the chairs came and we were missing a set of screws. I called and they sent the missing screws. Very satisfied with the chairs. The shipping was terrible. I called and made an appointment to receive my chairs and the driver came almost a hour early. He called and I did miss his call, but someone was there at the appointment time. The driver left my chairs in the Church yard on 3 pallets. I was furious with the driver. I made an appointment and he failed to wait until the appointment hour before he left my chairs outside. Nobody sign for them. Church chairs should reimburse my shipping charges. I took pictures and I will post them if I can."

I ordered 10 chair from you for $35.00 each the first day I received missing screw. I call for the first time the associate apologize for missing screw and told me will ship the screw. The second time I noticed chair only come 9 pc instead of 10.
I make another call the 2ND customer service very funny by telling me yes, it look like there was another shipping on the way and there was another one Noy had been shipped yet. The she said she's not sure what iti is. I said the shipment that on the way is the screw. Now the one that not shipped yet it's the other piece of the chair, can you please ship it as soon as possible please. The lady said I don't when it will be shipped.
Couple days later the event already started bit I'm wondering where is my chair? I made another call, and also another lady answer the phone, tell me will ship it as soon as possible and told me that I will get a confirmation email. Until now, let me tell you guys again, until now, my chair hasn't come yet.

"I purchased these (4) chairs online through Amazon for a vacation rental home. They were not the same color as represented online. They were also much smaller than the picture online represented.
Unfortunately, I didn’t take the time to read their fine print about returns and color mismatch.
I paid $50 to have them delivered.
The day after delivery I called Customer Service and they told me chairs could not be returned based on color or size. Nonetheless, they told be they could give me a return shipping ID via email. Three days later it never came, so I called back and talked with a manager who again affirmed no returns based on color or size. After explaining my dissatisfaction and frusatration, he finally agreed to give me the authorization # for the return, but I had to arrange and pay my self.
I paid ~$230 + $50 shipping for 4 chairs. The UPS/FEDEX shipping return rate is $200!!!!. Church Chairs would make not concessions. I said why did it cost me $50 to have them delivered but $200 to send back. He said they had special rates with shipping companies and could not give that too me. Imagine I would have to pay a total of $250 in total for $230 worth of chairs!
Instead of throwing more good money after bad, I’ve donated the four brand new chairs.
Amazon needs to investigate this reseller as they do not stand behind their products..."
"I purchased two Coral Chairs, but the chairs I received were definitely NOT coral. They were a dark pink color. They told me that was their color coral, however, these chairs were not what was pictured on their website. Benita refused to allow me to return these chairs, as she stated this is their coral!!! This is insane, it will cost me over $100. to return these chairs! I will have not choice than to contact my bank, then the Consumer Protection Division of the Attorney General's office in my state. What an absolutely horrible experience!!! And to top it off, the chairs were packed in a huge box, that had been tossed around a time or two, and the box arrived untaped and torn. FedEx threw the box on my condo complexes front step and took off before i could even get down the steps to catch him before he took off!!!"

"Really like both samples. Received with no damages in only 2 days. Don't know which chair is which because they had no model #'s on them. Ordered a book rack with one and it was not in the package. 2 of the screws for attaching backs had defects in the heads and I could not screw them in. Other than that I like them. I want to order more. I need to know which is which so I get what I think I want."

"The chairs are great and i think they are just what we want...only one problem so far...two of the chair frames the holes where not drill thru so we coould not put a screw into the frame. i am hoping the back of those two chairs hold up and don't come off and hurt someone during service. other than that we are satisfied. Please tell me what can we do about the two chairs with less screws in them???
